This Biryani Masala is being Used in All types of Biryani and any veg, nonveg items Since mughal period. Its taste will remind the users of Mughal Ruers.
INGREDIENTS:
Small and big Cardamom, Nutmeg, Cinnamon, Clove, Cumin seeds, Black Pepper, Rose petals, Bay Leave, Mace, All Spice.
ADVISE:
This Quereshi Biryani Curry Masala can be used in all types of Non Veg. or Veg. Biryani or Curry also.

DIRECTION:
Soak the rice for 30 minutes. Fry Chopped onion in oil till almost done. Add ginger and garlic paste, Chicken, Chilli, Cloves, Cardamom, Salt, chilli according to taste ghee 3? table spoon and roast for 10 minutes. Add curd and roast them add Quereshi Biryani Masala 1 tea spoon, Add 2 cups of milk or water and cook for 5 minutes. Take it of the fire. Boil water in separate big pot add 4 pc cloves, 6 pc cardamom and salt according to taste, In boiling water add biryani rice (1kg) When the rice is 85% done add chicken to the rice and colour, Close the lid and cook for 15 minutes on slow flame. Serve hot.
