We have state-of-the-art manufacturing techniques to produce plate heat exchanger gaskets that are manufactured from finest quality polymers designed to suit customer’s requirement. Our range of PHE models is continuously increasing. We manufacture gaskets of following makes: Alfa Laval, APV, Fischer, GEA, Hisaka, Pasilac, API Schmidt Bretten, Sondex, Swep, Tranter, Funke etc... Polymer used for making the gaskets are: Nitrile Rubber (NBR) Hydrogenated Nitrile (HNBR) Neoprene (CR) Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM) Butyl Rubber (BR) Silicone Rubber (SiR) We have Industrial grades and Food grades in our elastomer range. We have both clip-on type and glue type gaskets available in various models of gaskets. We can also design moulds and work as official suppliers or OEM’s to independent plate heat exchanger manufacturers as per their requirement. We also supply Gasket sealants/cements for fixing the gaskets to the plate.
